Let’s start at the beginning….

Well, I have entered into the blogging world at last. Everyone I know has a blog, so as not to be behind the times, I suppose I will jump on the bandwagon.
The stars of this blog shall be thus referred to as “Big E” and “Little E” (the names have been changed to protect their identity) Because they are such busy people, I am sure I will only be able to keep up by writing about a few select adventures.

And now for a day in the life….
Today’s adventure started when we all made our way to the monthly “Mom’s Time Out” (which the toddlers’ mother attends to maintain her sanity). While trying to drop off Big E in her toddler play room, she took one look and bolted down the hallway. I had to chase her down the hallway, lugging Little E on one hip and looking very hilarious I am sure. After settling her in her room at last, I proceeded to drop off Little E. She began bawling as soon as we entered her room and caused several other of the little children to begin shrieking also. By the time I got to the mom’s room, I was questioning whether this was really a restful morning for me as the mother or not. After attending the session, the toddlers and their mother proceeded to Applebee’s with friends (who have 3 children between the two of them). What were we thinking, you may ask, taking all of those children to Applebee’s and expecting to enjoy our meals?? Well, we were not thinking clearly I am sorry to say. It was not a restful time to say the least….
The toddlers are sleeping peacefully now and will have many adventures to share tomorrow, I am sure.
